Where you will enjoy amazing marine mammal shows, interact with a variety of animal life, ride the world's largest steel roller coaster and other thrilling amusement rides. Marineland is where you'll find attractions that appeal to the whole family.

The Park is Open from the May 24th Long Week-end until October 14th. Admission booths are open 10:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m daily. Park attractions continue to operate until nightfall. Shows are presented at regular intervals throughout the day.

Far below, the torrent of water abruptly changes direction and creates one of the world’s most mesmerizing natural phenomenon – the Niagara Whirlpool. Sometimes frightening and always unforgettable!

Built by Ontario Hydro in 1950, the intricate designs on the face of the timepiece are created with up to 16,000 carpet bedding plants.  The floral design is changed twice each year - it features viola in the Spring and four cultivars of Alternanthera along with green and grey forms of Santolina Sage during the Summer and Fall. California Golden Privet and Blue Festuca Grass may be used for contrast.

The grounds surrounding the clock feature bedding displays and a Tower at the back of the clock houses Westminster chimes that greet each quarter hour.   If the door into the Tower is open, you can take a glimpse at the clock mechanism and enjoy photographs that show the history of every face design all the way back to 1950.

An attractive feature is a 10-foot wide water garden that curves 85 feet around the base of the timepiece.  It is a popular wishing pond and coins that are collected when it is cleaned each fall are given to local charities.

As the helicopter gently lifts off from our Victoria Avenue location, the awe-inspiring views of the Niagara Region begin to appear below.

Beginning with the Sir Adam Beck Generating plant and the Niagara Parks Commission School of Horticulture, the tour follows the Niagara River from the Whirlpool area (look for the Spanish Aero Car crossing the gorge), over the Whirlpool Rapids and the Rainbow Bridge. The green grass and floral beauty of Queen Victoria Park stretches below as the helicopter passes by the American Falls and the Skylon Tower. Just when it looks as if you may reach the Minolta Tower, the helicopter begins to change direction as if following the curve of the Canadian Horseshoe Falls! Rainbows appear and disappear from all directions. The helicopter begins to level off and continue along the route back to base.
